Since the Make The Cut competition is not going on this year 14th Star Brewing has invited the Mashers to create a brew to brew on their system for distribution and to serve at the Vermont Brewers Association Winter Festival at Killington on March 23. In honor of Greg Noonan we will be doing Scotch Ale since Greg literally wrote the book on it. Recipe is being formulated and will be posted below.
The plan is to brew 30 barrels and allow members to take home as much wort as they can (they said it like a challenge) and the rest to be fermented on site. Brings lots of clean containers to transport your wort.
This will be a full professional brew day experience!!! Please RSVP accurately so we can judge accommodations.
